The Firm began its activities in 2004, following the admission of its founding partner, Marcos Bueno Gomes, to the Brazilian Bar Association – Paraná Section. He had recently obtained his Law degree from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), class of 1999–2003.

At the outset, the Firm served a single client, a family-owned company operating in the construction, property management, and real estate development sectors. The founding partner had previously worked with this client as a law intern since 2001.

Over the years, supported by referrals from clients satisfied with the services provided, the Firm experienced steady growth, expanding its client base to include both individuals and corporations. These clients remain loyal due to the Firm’s CORE VALUES, which represent its most valuable asset and are upheld daily by all members of its legal team.

In 2009, Claudia Bueno Gomes joined the Firm. She is an attorney who graduated from São Paulo State University (UNESP), class of 1985–1989, bringing her experience and contributing to the development of the Firm as it stands today.

In 2023, after nearly twenty years at the same address, the Firm relocated to its current headquarters. This move was made with the purpose of providing both its legal team and clients with a pleasant and well-organized environment, fully equipped to handle entrusted matters and to develop legal strategies and services that exceed client expectations.
